We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Understatement pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all hygiene seals intact.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip; ensure the hygiene stickers have not been removed to qualify for a refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once we process the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
